We're Going Family-Forward in 2026
We are pleased to announce that children and youth under age 18 are welcome to attend the 2026 National Gathering at no charge (all children must be registered so we can plan meals). We will offer on-site child care for ages infant to 10. For older (unopened) youth, the scope of activities will be determined by the number and ages of those registered for the event. We look foward to welcoming our Subud youth to Portland!
Accommodations
Members are responsible for booking their own accommodation, which is not included in the registration fee. Note that our activities will end with lunch on Sunday, so please plan your departure accordingly. The Sheraton is offering our group a preferred rate of $141 per night (+tax), which includes a free buffet breakfast. Rooms at this rate are limited and available on a first-come/first serve basis, so we recommend you book early. To take advantage of preferred rate and free breakfast, you must book online here. This rate is available from Tuesday to Sunday, so consider coming early to take in some the hiking and incredible array of activites (and weather) in the Pacific NW in July!
Schedule
Registration opens at 3pm on Thursday, July 2. Dinner will be served from 5:30 - 7:00, followed by latihan.
Workshops
As this is a kejiwaan gathering, there will be space in the schedule for afternoon workshops that are related to Subud life. Those interested in offering workshops can indicate your interest on the registration form.

Limited financial assistance is available for this event. Getting there and away
Flying: We recommend that you use Portland International Airport (Airport Code PDX), as the Sheraton provides a free airport shuttle!
Driving: The Sheraton is located at 8235 NE Airport Way, Portland, OR 97220.
Cancellation Policy - please read carefully!
Registration cancellations made before May 27 are refundable, less a $35 cancellation fee. After that time, we will refund your registration fees only if we are able to sell your package to another member.
