Online registration for Menucha 2014 has now ended.   At present, our accommodations are completely sold out, but if you would like to purchase a day pass (no meals are available), you may e-mail us at: menucharegistrar@gmail.com. Any cancellations that occur for prepaid registrations will be posted here, so that interested persons can fill those spots.

Please note that registrations cancelled after October 10, 2014 are refundable only if we can sell your room and/or meal package to someone else. All cancellations will incur a $15 service charge. Thank you!

Dear Brothers and Sisters, 

More than 25 years ago the regional helpers and committee organized the first Subud PNW regional gathering at Menucha. In so doing, they instituted one of the most inspiring and enduring Subud traditions in our region. 

Please plan to join us November 6-9 for another cozy and epic weekend of community and latihan.

Online registration is now available by completing the form below. Please note that this year's accommodation and meal packages have been combined into a single cost for two and three day stays. You can register up to three people at one time by clicking the add attendee button at the bottom the page you indicate your registration choices before hitting the next button. If your choice is full contact the registrar for additional options.

The most notable change is that the Barn will no longer be available to us, and for that reason, there will be no food preparation facilities on-site, nor will the management at Menucha allow us to bring food of any sort into our sleeping rooms, so it will be mandatory that all overnight guests purchase a meal plan. 

We recognize that this may present a financial hardship for some. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need financial assistance. We have strived to balance our group's changing needs with fiscal realities, but ensuring that our events are open to all members is our highest priority.

Registration ends on October 10. We will not be able to accept any meal plan purchases after October 10, so please be sure that you register before that date. Day pass individuals registering after October 10 will not be able to get meals. Day pass registration will remain at $45 per day for those day pass individuals registering after October 10.

Those on medically prescribed diets (i.e. diabetics) who cannot eat the food prepared by Menucha will have a provision for food and medicine storage. You will need to notify us before October 10 if you have such a need. (Please note that gluten-free, vegetarian/vegan diets, etc. will be addressed by the Menucha meal preparation staff with proper advanced notification. See additional charges on the registration form)
